Eu disse-vos que ia haver novidades e cá
estão elas: sou uma das 5 bloggers convidadas para o projeto The Gosh Look blog. Quer
isto dizer que, a partir de agora, os posts de Terça-feira vão ser dedicados à
temática beleza/maquilhagem, em parceria com a Gosh,
e vão ser publicados tanto no My kind of joy como no blog da Gosh.
Já disse e repito: não sou beauty blogger
(aliás, acho que das 5 sou a menos entendida no assunto). Ainda assim, decidi
aceitar. Porque o convite surgiu, porque é uma área que interessa a muitas de
vocês e sobretudo porque representa um desafio para mim. E eu gosto de saber
até onde consigo chegar. Além disso, acho que pode ser engraçado ver o que é
que eu tenho a acrescentar ao projeto, nesta minha perspetiva de newbie. Acredito que vai ser
interessante descobrir de que forma é que eu posso tornar estes posts meus,
tendo em conta que são um pouco fora da minha zona de conforto. De uma maneira
ou de outra há-de ser, que vocês já sabem que o que eu publico tem de me
refletir, tem de ter escrito "Bárbara" por todo o lado.
Dito isto, o primeiro tema é o festival NOS Alive. Eu não fui, mas se tivesse ido, era mais ou menos assim que ia andar por lá. Confortável (sapatos rasos, roupa nem muito justa nem muito larga, casaco e pernas cobertas porque à noite faz frio, braços ao léu porque de dia faz calor) e com um toque festivaleiro dado pelos acessórios e maquilhagem. E quem diz NOS Alive, diz qualquer outro festival em Portugal. Já se fosse um festival num sítio mais quente, aí optava por um look digno do Coachella :p

told you that we would be having some news soon and here they are: I'm one of
the 5 bloggers invited to be a part of The Gosh Look blog project. And this means
that, from now on, Tuesdays posts will be dedicated to beauty / make-up, in
collaboration with Gosh, and they'll be
published both in My kind of joy and in Gosh's blog.
I've
said it before and I'll say it again: I'm not a beauty blogger (actually I
think that I'm the one that knows less about the subject, amongst us 5). Still,
I decided to say yes. Because the invitation came up, because I know it is a
subject that many of you love, and mostly, because it is a challenge to me. And
I like to know how far I can get. Besides, I think it will be fun to see what I
have to add to this project, as a newbie. I belive it will be interesting to
find out how can I turn this posts into mine, considering that they're a bit
out of my comfort zone. I'll do it, one way or another, that's for sure. You
know I don't publish what doesn't reflect me, what doesn't have
"Bárbara" written all over the place.
With
that being said, the project's first theme is NOS Alive, a huge music festival here in Portugal. I didn't go, but if I had, this is how I'd walk around there. Comfy (flat shoes, not too tight and not too loose clothing, jacket and covered legs because it gets cold at night, bare arms because it's hot during day) and with a music festival touch added by accessories and make-up. And I'm talking about NOS Alive, but this would apply to any other music festival in Portugal, or in a country with similar weather. But if we were talking about a music festival somewhere warmer, I'd go for a Coachella-worthy look :p
