Este mês sugeriram-nos que falássemos um bocadinho do que aprendemos desde a primeira vez que usamos maquilhagem. Não vou abordar aquelas que foram literalmente as primeiras vezes em que usei maquilhagem. Essas não contam. Tinha uns 5 anos, invadia a casa de banho da minha avó e limitava-me a pôr no rosto o que quer que me aparecesse à frente.
Vou antes falar da altura em que comecei a usar maquilhagem para a escola, com 14 ou 15 anos. (aos 16 a ideia de usar maquilhagem passou-me e só voltou por volta dos 23, quando comecei o blog.)
O que aprendi desde essa altura? Tudo, porque olhando para a fotografia que representa os 15 anos, claramente eu não sabia nada. Só que esse "tudo" equivale a um "quase nada", tendo em conta que ainda hoje o meu conhecimento na matéria não vai por aí além.
Mas melhor do que vos dizer o que aprendi, é mostrar-vos, não acham?
This month we had a suggestion to talk about what we've learned since the first time we wore makeup. I'm not talking about those that were literally the first times I wore make up. Those doesn't count. I was like 5, I'd break into my grandma's bathroom and just put whatever I'd found on my face.
Instead, I'm talking about the time I started wearing makeup to school, when I was like 14 or 15 years old. (By the time I turned 16 I was done with the idea of wearing makeup. And I only started wearing it again when I was 23 and I started the blog.)
What have I learned since then? I'd say everything, because judging by the picture that represents me when I was 15, I clearly knew nothing back then. But that "everything" is also a "pratically nothing", considering that I still don't know a lot about the subject.
But showing you what I've learned is better than talking about it, right?

DIA-A-DIA AOS 15 ANOS / 15 YEARS OLD ROUTINE:
- lápis preto na linha de água / black eye pencil in the waterline
- gloss cor-de-rosa metalizado / metallic pink lipgloss
- nada de máscara de pestanas / no mascara
- nada de base, corretor de olheiras ou qualquer tipo de pó ou creme na cara. Nem sequer hidratante. / no foundation, concealer or any other kind of powder or cream in my face. Not even moisturizer.
(Para melhorar a situação, as minhas sobrancelhas tinham o dobro da espessura que têm hoje e eu não tinha a menor ideia de como lidar com a rebeldia e com o volume do meu cabelo.) (To make it even better, my eyebrows were twice as large and I had no idea of how to control my hair's rebellion and volume)
