Ai, ai, ai, ai, ai! Estou aqui a preparar este post (na noite antes de vocês o lerem) e não me consigo abstrair do facto de me doerem os braços, as pernas, as costas...tudo! Era justificável se tivesse voltado às corridas depois de estar parada 4 meses, mas não voltei.
Portanto só pode querer dizer uma de quatro coisas:
a) já nem para subir uma rua (a pique!!!) de saltos médios tenho preparação física;
b) estou cansada e a fazer birra de sono;
c) estou a chocar uma gripe das valentes depois de andar meia adoentada há umas duas semanas;
d) todas as hipóteses acima conjugadas.
Tenho de confessar que uma pequena parte de mim queria que fosse por estar a ficar com uma gripe (leve vá!) que me obrigasse a ficar na cama um dia (e bastava!) a ouvir a chuvinha lá fora. Por outro lado, a maior parte de mim espera que seja só o motivo b). É que não dava jeitinho nenhum ficar doente a meio de taaaaaanta coisa! Acho que o mais provável era ter de fazer tudo com a gripe em cima, em vez de ficar na cama a ouvir a chuva xD

Well, well, well. While I'm here preparing this post (the night before you read it) I can't keep my mind away from the fact that my arms, legs and back hurt. Basically everything hurts! I would get it if had gotten back to my running after a 4 month break, but I didn't get back.
So it can only mean one of four things:
a) I'm such in a bad shape that I no longer take walking up the street in medium high heels - in my defense, that street was like a hill;
b) I'm tired and sleepy, so I'm throwing a tantrum;
c) I'm coming down with a huge flu, after feeling a bit sick for the past couple of weeks;
d) All the above combined.
I must confess that a small part of me wishes that the reason was a flu (a light one) that made me stay in bed for a day (one would be enough) listening to the rain. On the other side, a bigger part of me hopes the reason is simply b). It would definitely be the wrong timing for a flu, with so many things going on at the same time. I bet I would just have to suck it up and do it all anyway, instead of staying in bed listening to the rain xD
