Hoje foi um dia daqueles! Daqueles que mais parecem dois! Vi o pior que o ser humano tem para oferecer, e vi também o melhor! Em pessoas diferentes, e nas mesmas pessoas em simultâneo também. E tanto que tinha para dizer sobre o assunto. Mas sinceramente, tamanha dose de humanidade é esgotante. E já são quase três e meia da manhã por isso vou é pousar a cabeça na almofada para não correr o risco de amanhã voltar a encontrar uma mola daquelas de andar por casa no cabelo, quando por acaso passar a mão ou me olhar ao espelho.
E termino o dia com a certeza de que podemos ser aquilo que quisermos... mas não podemos deixar de ser humanos - com tudo de bom e de mau que isso implica.

Today was one of those days. One of those days that feel like two! I saw the worst that human kind has to offer and I saw the best too. In different people but also simultaneously in the same people. And I had so much to say about it but, honestly, such a big dose of humanity is exhausting. And it's already pass 3a.m. so I'm just going to lay my head on the pillow to avoid finding another hairclip (the kind that we only wear at home) when I randomly pass my hand through my hair or look at myself in the mirror tomorrow.
And I end this day knowing that we can be whatever we want to be... but we cannot avoid being human - with all the good and the bad it implies.
